Projects and team access

Keep campaigns separate and invite the people who work on them.

An Organization is your team’s workspace. A Project holds a set of Smart Links, domains, Pixels, and results. Choose the right Project before you create or inspect a campaign.

A Smart Link and its tracking belong to one Project. If a link seems to be missing, check the Project selector first. Use separate Projects when different brands, clients, or teams should not share the same campaign setup and results.

People who manage the Organization can invite a teammate from Settings → Members. The invitation can be sent by email or shared as a link. When creating an invitation, choose the role and any access tags the person needs.

Roles describe how much a person can manage. Owner controls the Organization. Admin can manage many workspace settings. Member works within the access granted to them. A Member may see only the Projects their access tags allow.

If someone cannot find a Project or action, check their role and Project access before changing the campaign itself.

Settings also contains Projects, roles, notifications, billing, and account security. Some settings are available only to an Owner or Admin. Use your own account’s security page for sign-in and device settings; ask an Owner about Organization-wide changes.
