Notifications help your team notice problems without keeping the console open. An Organization can choose which Projects to watch and where alerts should go.
Open Settings → Notifications to review the available destinations and recent alert history. If a message did not arrive, check the delivery history there before changing the campaign. The destination may need its own setup or verification.
Notifications are a prompt to investigate. Open the relevant Smart Link, report, or log to see the underlying result. An alert cannot by itself tell you what happened on a visitor’s phone.
