Open Settings → Billing as the workspace owner to manage subscriptions, buy event packs, and open invoices or payment details.
One plan per project
Section titled “One plan per project”The first project costs $59/month and includes 1 million events per billing month. Each additional project receives a recurring 10% discount, bringing its price to $53.10/month. Every project has the same features, its own subscription and its own event balance. Additional-project discounts do not compound.
An event is an accepted non-bot routed click or a recorded conversion. Bots, duplicate click deliveries and requests with no matching route do not consume the click allowance. You can prepare a draft project before subscribing; subscribe before publishing live links.
More events
Section titled “More events”Choose a project under Additional events, then select a one-time pack:
| Extra events | Price |
|---|---|
| 1 million | $19 |
| 10 million | $129 |
| 20 million | $229 |
| 50 million | $499 |
Monthly included events are used first. Purchased events stay with that project and carry over. Packs do not renew, and TapBaton does not automatically charge overages. A project needs an active subscription to buy packs or use its balance. All prices are in USD before applicable taxes.
Usage updates periodically. When the available allowance is exhausted, new visitors use the link’s configured fallback until you add capacity. Already accepted clicks are preserved.
Payment and cancellation
Section titled “Payment and cancellation”Paddle is our reseller: its secure checkout opens over the TapBaton page, and it hosts your payment settings, invoices and receipts. Review the total, including tax, before paying; closing the checkout alone does not activate your project. Refresh Billing if confirmation is still pending. An unfinished checkout can be resumed for the same purchase for an hour. Invoices & payment details opens Paddle, which emails a sign-in link to the address you paid with.
Use Cancel renewal on the relevant project to stop future payments. Access remains until its paid period ends, and other projects are unaffected. You can restore renewal with Keep subscription before the end date. Canceling does not automatically refund earlier payments. End a project’s subscription before deleting it.
If Billing asks you to sign in again, sign out and back in before making the change. Only the workspace owner can manage payments. A Test payments label means no real money is collected.
